What is an eBook?

The term eBook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on your PC or palm device.



What do I need to read an eBook?

All of the eBooks in this website are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com



How will my eBook be delivered

Your eBooks will be delivered in zip (compressed) format.

You will need WinZip to extract the file. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If not download it free from www.winzip.com.

You will receive a download link and you can download your new eBook from there.  If you don’t get the like for some reason you can log back on to your account and receive the link from there.



My eBook has not arrived?

If you do not receive your eBook check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.
